Exploring the Structure of Double-Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings

 

Double rows CRB   includes taper bore and straight bore, this kind of bearing has advantage   like compact geometry, good stiffness, heavy load capability and small   deformation under load etc. Mainly serves machine tool, rolling mill stand,   plastic roll, grinding mill and large size gearboxes.

NN type features   ribs on both sides of inner ring and straight outer ring, NNU type two ribs   on outer ring and straight inner ring, these two types don’t limit the shaft   displacement against housing, and used for non-positioning bearing.

These types are   separable, that is ring with integrated ribs, roller and cage can be   installed respectively, or all components can be installed separately. It is   convenient for installation, inspection and maintenance. Can offer taper bore   and straight bore options; NN type normally supplied with taper bore. When   install taper bore bearing, certain amount radial clearance or certain   preload is necessary.

NNU type: 

outer ring has three integrated ribs, straight inner   ring. Shaft can mover bi-direction axially against housing, so it is used as   non-positioning end bearing.

NN type:

innerr ring has three integrated ribs, straight outer   ring. Shaft can mover bi-direction axially against housing, so it is used as   non-positioning end bearing.

NNUP type:

outer ring has three integrated ribs, inner ring has   one integrated rib and one independent loose fit rib ring. Shaft can mover   bi-direction axially against housing, so it is used as positioning end   bearing.

NNUB type:

outer ring has three integrated ribs, protruding   straight inner ring. Shaft can mover bi-direction axially against housing, so   it is used as non-positioning end bearing.

 

Double rows full complement CRB: 

roller guided by rib and has very high load capability and stiffness. Limited to kinematics situation, this bearing doesn’t have high limit speed like caged bearing. Per installation and positioning, we have NNC, NNCF and NNCL options.

Sealed double rows full complement CRB for pulley   wheel: 

roller guided by rib and has very high load capability   and stiffness. Limited to kinematics situation, this bearing doesn’t have high limit   speed like caged bearing. Pulley wheel bearing (outer ring has stop groove)   positioned axially by retainer ring conveniently. This type bearing can be   used as floating, half-positioning and positioning bearing with contact   rubber seal both sides.

Sealed double rows full complement CRB for roller   wheel:

roller guided by rib and has very high load capability   and stiffness. This bearing outer ring has boss and thick wall. Double rows   full complement bearing can be used as floating, semi-positioning and   positioning bearing. Both ends sealed with contact rubber seal and flat   retainer ring.

 

Precision CRB:

this type precision CRB (floating bearing) mainly seen from machine tool with class SP and UP, and it supports the spindle. Outer ring is separable and convenient for installation and removal. Inner ring has taper bore for perfecting radial clearance setting. Normally choose C1 or C2 clearance to guarantee rotation accuracy. SP class is equal to P5 tolerance, P4 running accuracy. UP class is equal to P4 tolerance and P2 running accuracy. NeedⅠor 0 grade roller when manufacturing cylindrical rollers.

 

Clearance:

Straight bore and taper bore double rows CRB radial clearance follows GB/T4604-1993, see table 1.
